As a former athlete and Registered Nutritionist, I have always had a keen interest in health and wellness and have always been in tune with my body. Like many women though, perimenopause has crept up and taken me by complete surprise: panic attacks, low mood, feeling completely unstuck and overheating out of nowhere.
Mid-life is tough - and my work with women has shown me that they often feel hopeless and alone in their experiences. This was my inspiration for creating What The Menopause?! An online space for women to connect, learn, laugh and be seen.
It is my personal mission to support women through midlife - to help them reclaim their health, sense of self, and vibrancy to make this next phase of life their very best yet.
